Happy

I am truly happier then I have been in months!!! Its a liberating feeling. This is my semester! My year! My chance to be the person I want to be. I am so happy and everything is going much better then it was in the past. Just got to live every day like its my last. Even just sitting her all day. I have gotten so much done and my room cleaner and I feel happier. Watch out world, a happy Andy Munson is a dangerous Andy Munson. :)

Live everyday as if it were your last. You never know when it might be that day. Moving forward in life and not looking back. I got some ideal goals in front of me, help me or get the fuck out of my way. See you at the top…

1. Those early morning bike rides that get your mind going.

2. Fraternity bigs.

3. Not really caring about what people have to say.

4. Killing them with Kindness. Prolly the best bit of advice I have heard in a while.

5. Taylor Swift. I feel like she reads everyone’s journals and that includes men.

1. Thankful that all of my friends got home safely tonight. What a great night.

2. Proud to have Alexander Charnofsky as my big. Hes the strongest man I know.

3. Proud to be moving on.

4. Proud to be feeling so much better about myself. As my friend put it tonight “You can only fix yourself first before you can fix being together.” I thought it was a great quote.

5. Thankful for those early morning runs when its just you and the million thoughts you have circling through your head.

1. I am grateful for the 7 days so far that I have spent sober. Realized I am not the only one to have done this before and its much easier then it looks. No one pushes alcohol on you and there was no one to impress.

2. Grateful for those brothers I rarely get to hang out with.

3. Thankful to be able to just chill with friends.

4. Thankful for Rich Morgan buying me taco bell.

5. Thankful for being able to hold a conversation at any time that I want to.

Gratitude List 8/19/11

1. I am grateful for music that fits right in with my life especially Chris Daughtry, it seems like he knows exactly what I am going through at that moment. Such a great feeling knowing that he can relate to my life.

2. I am weirdly grateful for that feeling when you run in the cold. Makes it feel like you can run forever. Also makes you realize just how amazing the weather is in California.

3. I am grateful for laughter. It can just make you feel better even when your in such a down mood.

4. I am grateful for those random acts of kindness that help one another. Like our mechanic in Fresno.

5. Sobriety. I am grateful to have not had any alcohol for a week. I know this will make me healthier in the long run. I can handle a month no problem.

6. Brandon Drake and Collin Yballa. For kicking me in the ass when they knew I wanted to drink. They told me to stick to my guns and I shall.

Gratitude List 8/18/11

So my friend Danny pretty much suggested I do this instead of the normal blog. Makes total sense. Anyway here is what I am grateful for today:

1. I am grateful for my loving family that sticks with me through the good and bad times.

2. I am grateful for being part of an amazing brotherhood called Phi Delta Theta these men have helped me out especially a lot the last few days.

3. I am grateful to have a job.

4. The stars in the sky. Makes me realize how tiny earth is compared to the universe and how tiny our problems are on this earth compared to that.

5. Having a place to call home. Whether its in northern california or southern california. I have a place to turn to when its wet outside or its cold and the conditions are terrible. Thank god for that.
